I see this crazy person almost daily. Welcome to Hollywood.
Today I'm over at Laughing My Vag Off discussing the truly disturbed individuals who push their dogs around in strollers. This is some kind of epidemic here in the Southland, and it's really starting to chap my hide, especially when these weirdos push me and my actual child out of the way.
